The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent watchdog set up by the government under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 to regulate financial services in the UK, and to protect the rights of you the retail customer.
The FCA aims to promote efficiency, orderly and fair markets, help you the retail customer achieve a fair deal. They are funded by the firms that they regulate.

By Law we have to  be authorised by the FCA to transact any kind of insurance business in the UK. Being authorised means that we must follow all rules set by the FCA and we are audited on this on a regular basis.

We pride ourselves on the services we provide to our clients and we hope that you do not have cause to complain.  In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied about something we have or haven't done, we have a set procedure to follow.  Please contact our office for details.

Some clients are able to take unresolved complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

What will you have to pay for our services?

As Independent Intermediaries we are paid commission by your Insurance Company. If this insufficient to cover our costs, we may also  charge an administration fee of up to 20% of the premium for All Business, Renewal or policy adjustment. On a return premium we repay commission on the amount to your insurers and this amount will be deducted from the final amount refunded to you. Where a fee or charge is payable, you will be advised before you commit to it.



Governing Law

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, all policies sold by us are governed by English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All information about the contract will be provided in English.



Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your policy at any time. There will be no refund of premium if you have made a claim, during your period of insurance, or if you have a pending claim. If you are paying by installments, cancellation charges, refunds or any amounts owed will be subject to details from the Finance Provider.
